No. 87-C-0087.

February 20, 1987.

In re River Lands Fleeting Corp.; Doles, Mia Frances; Badley, Benjamin R.; Rush, Lorraine Badley; Crutcher-Tufts Corp.; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Number CA 85 676; Parish of West Baton Rouge 18th Judicial District Court Div. "B" Number 223,284.

Denied. Result is correct.

DIXON, C.J., concurs in the denial only because the result is correct. The courts below erred as to the boundary between the parishes. The thread of the river as it was when the parish boundaries were fixed by the legislature remains the boundary between the parishes. Parish of Caddo v. Parish of Bossier, 164 La. 378, 113 So. 882 (1927).

CALOGERO, J., would grant the writ.
