529 So. 2d 763 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1988)

Opinion

No. 87-2568.

July 19, 1988. Rehearing Denied August 31, 1988.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Francis X. Knuck, Judge.

Pardo Pardo and Joseph Pardo, Miami, for appellant.

Sinclair, Louis, Siegel, Heath, Nussbaum Zavertnik and Paul A. Louis and Steven I. Weissman and Evan J. Langbein, Miami, for appellee.

Before HUBBART, DANIEL S. PEARSON and JORGENSON, JJ.

The final judgment of dissolution is affirmed. Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980). Although the parties have briefed and attempted to argue the issue of the wife's entitlement to attorney's fees, the final judgment expressly reserves jurisdiction to consider this issue, and we thus do not address it.
