ORDER

The State's brief was originally due March 18, 2016. We have granted a total of 94 days to file the State's brief until June 20, 2016. When we granted the last extension, we noted that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. On June 17, 2016, the State filed a further request for extension of time to file its brief. Counsel did not allege any exceptional circumstances.

The motion is DENIED. The State is ordered to file a brief by July 8, 2016.
