The opinion herein, filed on March 13, 2008, is modified as follows:

(1) In the title/caption of the opinion “Bruce McPherson et al.” should be deleted and “Debra Bowen, as Secretary of State, etc., et al.” should be inserted in its place.

(2) On page 1, in the third paragraph, “Bruce McPherson” should be deleted and and “Debra Bowen” should be inserted in its place.

(3) On page 1, in the fourth paragraph, “Conny B. McCormack” should be deleted and “Dean Logan” should be inserted in its place.

(4) On page 3, in the first paragraph:

(a) In the first sentence, “Bruce McPherson” should be deleted and “Debra Bowen” should be inserted in its place.

(b) In the second sentence, “Conny McCormack is the Registrar of Voters” should be deleted and “Dean Logan is the Acting Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk” should be inserted in its place.

(c) In the third sentence, “McCormack” should be deleted and “Logan” should be inserted in its place.

The modification does not affect the judgment.
