JUDGMENT

Whereas the parties having stipulated that this action be remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 405(g), seeking review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security Administration denying J.C.'s application for Supplemental Security Income benefits, granting Commissioner's move for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12( c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the matter having come before the Honorable Valerie E. Caproni, United States District Judge, and the Court, on October 16, 2014, having rendered its Opinion and Order directing the Clerk of the Court to terminate this case, it is,

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Opinion and Order dated October 16, 2014, this action is remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. 405(g), for further administrative proceedings. Dated: New York, New York
