Rinaldo v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 3, 1995
653 So. 2d 1143 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 94-1587.

May 3, 1995.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Richard D. Eade, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Ian Seldin, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Edward L. Giles, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm. Appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error in the points raised on appeal. However, we remand for the trial court to correct the written order of probation so that it reflects the court-imposed restitution requirement. See § 775.089(1)(a), Fla. Stat. (1993).

AFFIRMED but REMANDED.

DELL, C.J., and GLICKSTEIN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
