On November 15, 2023, Appellant Eric Donta Riggins filed a Motion to Extend Time to File Motion for Rehearing, due on November 15, 2023. In his Motion, Appellant requested "an extension of 30 days from, November 15, 2023 in order to prepare and file his Motion for Rehearing in a Constitutionally effective manner."
Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's Motion for Rehearing is due on Friday, December 15, 2023. No further extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances.
