DIVORCE, § 77proof required to substantiate charge of cruelty. Degree of proof required to substantiate charge of extreme and repeated cruelty in divorce action is same as in all other cases of civil nature, and plaintiff is required to prove his case by preponderance of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of St. Clair county; the Hon. EDWARD F. BAREIS, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1946.
