DIVORCE, § 128.1when orders in proceeding, involving modification of child-support order, will be modified and otherwise affirmed. On divorced husband's appeal, in proceeding involving matter of increase in amount required to be paid by appellant for support of his minor son, etc., held, as against various issues raised by appellant, that trial court's order would be modified, so as to reduce amount of fees allowed special commissioner to amount permissible under statute, and that, as thus modified, trial court's orders and decree would be affirmed (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 40, par. 16; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 109.183).

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN A. SBARBARO, Judge, presiding. Orders and decrees affirmed as modified. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the April term, 1944.
