ORDER

I. DISCUSSION

Plaintiff seeks a 60-day extension to file his amended complaint. (ECF No. 14 at 1). The Court grants this motion in part. Plaintiff shall file his amended complaint on or before Friday, March 31, 2017. No further extensions of time will be granted.

II. CONCLUSION

For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for extension of time (ECF No. 14) is granted in part.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before Friday, March 31, 2017, Plaintiff shall file his amended complaint in compliance with the Court's screening order (ECF No. 5).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies outlined in the screening order, this action shall be dismissed without prejudice.
