On February 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Gary Townsend. On April 11, 2023, petitioners filed an Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Gary Townsend.
