PER CURIAM

The clerk's record was filed May 25, 2022. Our review has determined that a relevant items have been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain the following:

• Plaintiff's Proposed Final Judgment, filed on or about February 17, 2022;
• Defendant's Proposed Final Judgment, filed on an unknown date sometime in the period beginning on December 14, 2021 and ending on February 17, 2022; and
• Plaintiff's Proposed Final Judgment, filed on or about March 2, 2022.

The Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before October 28, 2022, containing the above items.

If the omitted items are not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.
