ORDER

On August 9, 2021, the Court entered in this case an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction. Thereafter, on November 23, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. As this case has already been dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction is now final, we will strike respondent's motion from the record.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
