On February 22, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Change or Correct Caption to which they attached letters of administration issued by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida, appointing James V. Ribellino, Jr., as personal representative for the Estate of Inger Lita Ribellino A.K.A. I. Lita Ribellino, Deceased.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change or Correct Caption is granted in that the caption of this case is amended to read: "James V. Ribellino, Jr., & Estate of Inger Lita Ribellino A.K.A. I. Lita Ribellino, Deceased, James V. Ribellino, Jr., personal representative, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
