Action to recover contract price of goods manufactured and delivered to defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Remittitur on petition for rehearing.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joel C. Fitch, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1924.
