ORDER
Appellant Clayton Cornelius Reynolds appeals from his conviction of possession of a controlled substance. On May 10, 2023, Reynolds's court-appointed appellate counsel filed an Anders brief in this appeal, and on July 19, 2023, Reynolds filed a pro se motion for access to the appellate record for purposes of preparing a response to his counsel's Anders brief. We grant Reynolds's motion for access to the appellate record. Under Kelly v. State, we are now required to enter an order specifying the procedure to be followed to ensure Reynolds's access to the record.

On July 24, 2023, Reynolds's appointed counsel informed this Court that he would provide a paper copy of the appellate record to Reynolds. On July 25, 2023, this Court forwarded copies of the digitally recorded exhibits that are part of Reynolds's appellate record to prison officials at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Beto Unit and, by copy of this order, request that those officials afford Reynolds a means of reviewing those exhibits. Allowing fifteen days from the date of this order for the record to be delivered to Reynolds and for him to review the digitally recorded exhibits that are part of that record and giving Reynolds thirty days to prepare his pro se response, we hereby set September 8, 2023, as the deadline for Reynolds to file his pro se response to his counsel's Anders brief.
