This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session.

On October 30, 2023, docket entry 29, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Also on October 30, 2023, docket entry 30, petitioner filed a Status Report.

On November 21, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time the parties agreed to continue this case. The parties also agreed to continue to work on additional documentation for the Stipulation of Facts.

On November 21, 2023, docket entry 33, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed October 30, 2023, docket entry 29, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed November 21, 2023, docket entry 33, is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
