EVANGELINA REYES, Appellant v. JOSE TINAJERO, A BETTER PLACE LLC, Appellee

On Appeal from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-19-02212

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE

Appellant's brief has not been filed and is currently due, following three extensions, on January 27, 2023. Although our order granting the third extension cautioned appellant that failure to file the brief by January 27 could result in dismissal of the appeal without further order, appellant has filed a fourth extension motion. We DENY the motion. On the Court's own motion, we ORDER appellant to file her brief no later than February 3, 2023.

Because the brief was first due October 27, 2022, we caution appellant that no further extension motions will be entertained and failure to file the brief will result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
