ORDER
On August 2, 2018, court reporter Joseph Phillips filed a request for additional time to file the reporter's record. We deferred ruling on the request until appellant provided us with written verification that she had requested the reporter's record, and paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record or was entitled to proceed without payment of costs. On August 15, 2018, appellant complied with our order and provided written verification she had requested the reporter's record and made arrangements to pay for the same. We GRANT court reporter Joseph Phillips's request and ORDER the reporter's record timely filed as of August 16, 2018.
Appellant's brief is due on September 17, 2018.
