RAYMOND DIEGO REYES, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS,State.

Appeal from the 218th District Court of Atascosa County, Texas (TC# 21-02-0083-CRA)

Before Rodriguez, C.J., Palafox, and Soto, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On June 9, 2023, this Court entered an order abating the appeal. On July 14, 2023, we received and filed the supplemental clerk's record containing an order appointing of counsel, John Michael Lamerson. However, this Court does not have a ruling on the motion to withdraw filed by Alfonso Cabanas. Furthermore, the record contained a request for extension from the trial court notifying this Court that it will be unable to meet the deadlines to file the required findings.

It is therefore ORDERED that the abatement be extended for the trial court to comply with this Court's order dated June 9, 2023. After any hearings held, the trial court shall forward its findings to the District Clerk of Atascosa County, Texas, on or before July 28, 2023. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the findings and forward the same to this Court on or before August 7, 2023. Further, the transcript of the hearing shall be prepared, certified and filed with this Court on or before August 7, 2023. This appeal will be reinstated upon the date the complete supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record is filed with this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
