PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on January 12, 2016, and February 17, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jon F. Minear, Esq., sworn to October 2, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Elizabeth M. Bergen, Esq., sworn to October 13, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraphs of the orders of this Court entered August 10, 2016, are hereby amended by deleting the date October 7, 2016, and inserting in its place the date December 6, 2016.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
