On June 28, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness. On August 5, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. By Order served September 19, 2022, the parties' just-referenced motions were assigned to the undersigned for disposition.
