ORDER

The appellant's brief is due to be filed in this appeal on December 19, 2016. On December 12, 2016, appellant filed a motion requesting a thirty-day extension of time to file his brief, and appellee filed a response to the motion. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief must be filed no later than January 18, 2017. Because this is an accelerated appeal , no further extensions of time for filing the appellant's brief will be granted absent extenuating circumstances .
