ORDER
On April 9, 2018, appellants filed a Motion for Leave for Continuance in which appellants request additional time to file their appellants' brief. Appellants' brief is due on or before the thirtieth day the appellate record is complete. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). The record is not yet complete in this appeal. Therefore, appellants' motion to extend the briefing deadline is prematurely filed.
On April 9, 2018, appellants also filed a motion requesting this court stay the March 29, 2018 orders rendered by the trial court. Appellants have not included a copy of the orders from which they appeal, nor do appellants indicate they have attempted to suspend enforcement pending appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 24.1.
Accordingly, appellants' Motion for Leave for Continuance is DENIED. Likewise, appellants' motion requesting this court stay the trial court's March 29, 2018 orders is also DENIED.
