An appeal having been taken by Jacobi Medical Center from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 22, 2017, And respondent-appellant having moved to stay the aforesaid order pending determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence submitted by counsel for respondent-appellant, dated January 8, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion and the appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
