James Reser, Appellant v. Amanda Taylor, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, 26TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. 13-1014-C277, HONORABLE DONNA GAYLE KING, JUDGE PRESIDINGMEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed his notice of appeal on March 23, 2016. The clerk's record was filed April 6, 2016, and the reporter's record was filed May 23. On July 7, we sent appellant notice that his brief, which had been due on June 22, was overdue, requesting a response by July 18. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6. To date, appellant has not responded to our communications. We therefore dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).

A supplemental clerk's record including citations, certificates of service, an exhibit list, and appellant's designations of the record was filed on June 14, but appellant has not sent us a motion for extension of time or indicated in any way that he needed additional time to file his brief due to the supplemental record. --------
