MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed June 27, 2003.
On July 26, 2004, the parties filed a joint motion to reverse and remand for entry of judgment pursuant to a settlement agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(2)(B). The motion is granted.
Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement.
