In an action in negligence and breach of contract, to recover damages for injuries to property caused by fire, order granting respondents' motion for examination of a witness, insofar as appeal is taken therefrom, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
