In an action to recover damages for injuries sustained when appellant, a social visitor, fell on a snowy or icy path on defendant's premises, judgment in favor of defendant, entered on the dismissal of appellant's complaint at the close of her evidence, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
