Reid v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Feb 23, 1984
444 So. 2d 975 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. 82-558.

December 28, 1983. Rehearing Denied February 23, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; Murray Goldman, Judge.

Joseph S. Karp of Bernstein, Narkier, Sharff, Monchick Karp, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Paul H. Zacks, Asst. State Atty., Ft. Lauderdale, and David Wolpin, County Atty., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

David L. Reid was duly convicted of criminal offenses upon trial by jury. He appeals and presents eight appellate points. We have carefully considered the assertions, singly and jointly, in light of the briefs and oral argument. We are firmly of the opinion that no reversible error has been committed. Moreover, we feel that the points are of such nature as to not require a detailed analysis.

AFFIRMED.

GLICKSTEIN and WALDEN, JJ., and SCHWARTZ, ALAN R., Associate Judge, concur.
