Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff as a consequence of an accident on the Bronx River Parkway Extension while plaintiff was a passenger in an automobile owned and driven by the defendant. Judgment for the defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
