ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was called from the calendar on December 13, 2021, during the Phoenix, Arizona, remote trial session of the Court. Petitioner D'On Reid appeared and made an oral motion for a continuance. Counsel for respondent objected to the oral motion.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 11, 2022, petitioners provide to respondent's counsel a copy of any document that they, or either of them, intend to rely upon in support of any adjustment or issue in dispute in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 14, 2022, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.

The parties can expect the matter will be scheduled for trial in June 2022.
