ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III, JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellant's June 19, 2024 unopposed second motion for extension of time to file his brief. Appellant explains the extension is necessary, in part, because the record is incomplete, and counsel is working to have the record supplemented.

The deadline for filing an appellant's brief is not triggered until the appellate record is complete. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we SUSPEND the brief deadline and ORDER appellant to file, no later than July 5, 2024, a status report indicating which portions of the record are missing and verifying that a supplemental record containing the missing portions has been requested.
