In the Matter of the Application of John Regan, Petitioner-Respondent, v. For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, New York City Department of Buildings, et al., Respondents-Appellants.
Respondents appellants having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 24, 2013, and to continue the stay extended by order of this Court on September 13, 2018 (M-3879), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term. The aforesaid stay is continued on the condition that the appeal is perfected for said September 2019 Term.
