259 So. 2d 187 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1972)

Opinion

No. O-439.

March 21, 1972.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Escambia County, Ernest E. Mason, Judge.

Edward T. Barfield, of Hahn, Reeves Barfield, Pensacola, for appellant.

Antony E. Fiorentino, Pensacola, for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of a final judgment in a garnishment proceeding in favor of plaintiff-appellee.

Our examination of the record and consideration of the briefs and oral arguments submitted by the parties indicate that no reversible error was committed in arriving at the judgment herein appealed.

Said judgment is, therefore, affirmed.

CARROLL, DONALD K., Acting C.J., and RAWLS and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
