Appeal from Circuit Court, Mobile County; Saffold Berney, Judge.


From a conviction for the offense of distilling, making, or manufacturing alcoholic, spirituous, malted, or mixed liquors or beverages, a part of which was alcohol, defendant appealed. This transcript contains no bill of exceptions, and the record proper, upon which the appeal is based, is free from error or irregularity. The judgment of conviction appealed from will be affirmed. Affirmed.
