ORDER

On November 1, 2019, this court abated this appeal and remanded it to the trial court for appointment of new appellate counsel. On December 10, 2019, the trial court appointed Michael Young as appellate counsel. Accordingly, we ORDER the abatement lifted and appellate deadlines reinstated.

At this time, the clerk's record has been filed, and the reporter's record is due. On December 12, 2019, the court reporter filed a notification of late record, requesting a thirty-day extension of time. After consideration, we GRANT the court reporter's request for an extension and ORDER the reporter's record due by January 17, 2020.
