This matter is before the court on third-party plaintiff Shenandoah Memorial Hospital's motion for reconsideration, Filing No. 53, of this court's order awarding attorneys' fees, Filing No. 50. The court is advised that the motion has been withdrawn. See Filing No. 54. Accordingly, the motion has been rendered moot.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that third-party plaintiff Shenandoah Memorial Hospital's motion to reconsider, Filing No. 53, is denied as moot.
