ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

By Order served on June 27, 2023, the Court order the parties to file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision equal to or less than the amount of the tax deficiency in dispute, or otherwise seek leave of Court to assert an increased tax deficiency in accordance with our Rules. On July 31, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, indicating how counsel for respondent has mailed petitioner a revised proposed stipulated decision equal to the tax deficiency in dispute.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 18, 2023, the parties are to file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision, Status Report, or otherwise move for appropriate relief from the Court as the parties see fit.
