MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant's brief was due April 24, 2003. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time has been filed. On May 7, 2003, this court ordered appellants to show cause no later than May 22, 2003 why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a). Appellant did not respond. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
