Appeal from the Circuit Court for Brevard County LT Case No. 2019-CF-045656 Tesha Ballou, Judge.

Matthew J. Metz, Public Defender, and Glendon George Gordon, Jr., Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Robert Redmon, Bushnell, pro se.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Nora Hutchinson Hall, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

In this Anders appeal, we affirm Robert Redmon's judgment and sentence without discussion. However, we remand for the trial court to strike the $9 in costs assessed pursuant to section 318.18(11)(b), Florida Statutes (2019), as Redmon was not charged with traffic infractions. See Boyd v. State, 317 So.3d 1285, 1285 (Fla. 5th DCA 2021); Sorenson v. State, 291 So.3d 630, 630 (Fla. 5th DCA 2020).

Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967).

AFFIRMED; REMANDED with directions.

LAMBERT, CJ, EDWARDS and SASSO, JJ., concur.
