MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it the parties' agreed motion to set aside the trial court's judgment and remand the case for new trial. We GRANT the motion. Without reference to the merits, we SET ASIDE the trial court's judgment and REMAND to the trial court for further proceedings. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
