Appeal, No. 1650 C.D. 1977, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County in case of R. E. Wright Associates, Inc. v. Zoning Hearing Board of Penn Township, Zoning Hearing Board of Elizabeth Township and James N. Bachman and Maureen M. Bachman, Intervenors, Trust Book No. 43, Pages 489-490.
Applications to the Zoning Hearing Boards of Penn and Elizabeth Townships for special exception under zoning ordinances. Applications denied. Applicant appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County. Decisions reversed. Applications ordered granted. MUELLER, J. Intervenors appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.
