ORDER

This case is presently calendared for the Court's October 16, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session.

On September 22, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In his Motion, the Commissioner states that Mr. Rayos has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2023, Mr. Rayos shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 22, 2023. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion.
