WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relators have failed to comply with Rules 4-3, 4-4, 4-5(6) and (8), Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, in that the application does not contain a signed return date order setting the date fixed by the district court for filing an application with this Court; a ruling on relators' request for stay directed to the district court; a copy of the judgment, order or ruling (whether by minute entry or otherwise); or a copy of the petition associated with the instant docket number.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In the event relator seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation, including documentation showing the original application was timely filed and must comply with Rule 2-12.2, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must be filed on or before Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 4:30 p.m., and must contain a copy of this ruling.
