This is a companion suit and was consolidated for trial with the case of Coonce et ux. v. Corley et al., La.App., 162 So.2d 405. The facts and the conclusions of the court are set forth in the opinion to which reference is made.

The judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant's cost.
