On May 23, 2022, the parties' filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision at Docket Index No. 065 that incorporated a computation for entry of decision. On the same day, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision at Docket Index No. 067, and filed a Computation for Entry of Decision.

The parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed May 23, 2022, at Docket Index No. 065, appears to be duplicative of the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed May 23, 2022, at Docket Index No. 067, with the exception of the computations for entry of decision attached thereto.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed May 23, 2022, at Docket Index No. 065 is hereby stricken from the record.
