Appellants Ravinderan Krishnan, M.D. and Ravi Krishnan, M.D., P.A. D/B/A The Eye Institute of Corpus Christi filed their brief in this matter on February 10, 2016 challenging the trial court's granting of appellees' Christopher Majka, M.D. and The Eye Institute of Corpus Christi's temporary injunction. On April 7, 2016, appellees filed their brief in response to appellants' brief asserting that the trial court's order is moot and do not oppose the relief requested by appellants.
In light of appellees' position, the Court hereby requests supplemental briefing from appellants on the mootness issue raised by appellees. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.7 ("A brief may be amended or supplemented whenever justice requires, on whatever terms the court may prescribe."); see also id. R. 38.1(i) ("The brief must contain a clear and concise argument for the contentions made, with appropriate citations to authorities and to the record."). Appellants' supplemental brief shall be filed within twenty days from the date of this order.
