MEMORANDUM OPINION

By order dated November 4, 2004 the Court ordered Longe Grace to show authority to represent appellant Bruce Raulston in this appeal and to explain how the court had jurisdiction over this appeal. The order warned appellant that failure to respond would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, Longe Grace has not filed a response. On November 24, 2004, appellee filed a motion to dismiss this appeal because Longe Grace had no authority to represent appellant in this appeal. To date, neither appellant nor Longe Grace have responded to the motion. Accordingly the Court GRANTS appellee's motion to dismiss this appeal and DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
