On May 9, 2023, we ordered the County Clerk to file by May 24, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the pass slips filed in this case. The supplemental clerk's record containing the pass slips has not been filed. Review of the clerk's office's website shows at least twenty pass slips were filed in the trial court in this case.
Accordingly, we ORDER John Warren, Clerk of the County Criminal Courts of Dallas County, Texas, to file on or before JUNE 23, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing all pass slips filed in this case.
